Copper Rose Making Workshop

Discover the art of metalworking and create your very own handcrafted copper rose at The BOX Furniture in Swansea.

This hands-on workshop will guide you through the process of transforming raw copper and steel into a beautiful, lasting piece of craftsmanship.

You'll learn how to cut individual copper petals, hammer in natural textures and carefully shape each piece to bring your rose to life. You'll then cut and bend a steel stem, learn the basics of MIG welding to attach the flower head, and form the petals into a realistic rose shape.

To finish, you'll clean and polish your creation before applying a protective clear lacquer, preserving the natural beauty of the copper. At the end of the workshop, you'll take home your very own bespoke copper rose, handcrafted entirely by you.
